Curriculum-aligned, editorially balanced history modules at three CEFR levels — with the teacher tools, licensing structure, and data practices schools actually need.
Everything below is live and used by teachers right now.
Department-, school-, and district-wide seats with simple per-student or site pricing. One invoice, one renewal date.
Every teacher gets their own dashboard, class join codes, and per-class settings (default level, vocabulary visibility, English on/off).
Topics map to AP Spanish themes and ACTFL Novice-High to Intermediate-High proficiency targets. Three difficulty tiers per module (A2, B1, B2).
Each module ships with teacher notes, vocabulary lists, comprehension questions, and editorial context — no extra prep required.
Editorially neutral history. Multiple perspectives presented to build critical thinking. No ads, no user-generated content, no chat.
Minimal student data collected (name, class enrollment). No selling of data, ever. Data export and deletion on request.
We're upfront about what's not built yet. If your procurement requires any of these today, tell us in the quote form and we'll share an honest timeline.
Single sign-on for staff and students.
Automated class and student provisioning.
Formal third-party security audit in progress.
Department-wide usage and progress reports.
We don't ship and disappear. Every institutional contract includes onboarding for your teachers and a real human to talk to when something needs fixing.
Every module is reviewed for classroom appropriateness, historical accuracy, and CEFR level fidelity before publishing. When you ask for changes — a vocabulary tweak, a missing topic, a new comprehension question — they get made by a person, not a queue.
We use CEFR levels (A2–B2) for international consistency, and pair every level with the US classroom equivalent your department already uses.
| CEFR | US Classroom Label | ACTFL Equivalent | Focus Area |
|---|---|---|---|
| A2 | Intermediate Prep | Novice High / Intermediate Low | Building the narrative — past tenses, basic "who/what/where." |
| B1 | Intermediate Core | Intermediate Mid | Connecting ideas — "because," "although," "therefore." |
| B2 | Advanced / AP Prep | Intermediate High / Advanced Low | Abstract thought — debating ethics, politics, and "why." |
Building the narrative — past tenses, basic "who/what/where."
Connecting ideas — "because," "although," "therefore."
Abstract thought — debating ethics, politics, and "why."
Our B2 / Advanced tier targets the register, themes, and source-analysis skills students need for the AP exam — historical context, contemporary issues, and structured argumentation in Spanish.
Aligned with FERPA and the FTC's April 2026 COPPA Rule amendments. Plain commitments, not vague promises.
When a school licenses Context Spanish, the school is the FERPA data controller. We act as a school official with a legitimate educational interest.
Aligned with the FTC's updated COPPA Rule effective April 22, 2026: expanded personal information definition, written retention timeline, no biometric collection.
Inactive student accounts and their progress data are deleted after 14 months. Class records removed within 30 days of teacher deletion.
Audio in modules is for playback only. We do not record student voice, store voiceprints, or process facial data.
We make money from school licenses and individual subscriptions. Student data is never sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.
We don't have a standard DPA today. Send your district's form (or the SDPC NDPA) and we'll review it in good faith. W-9 and security questionnaires available on request.
Every school has a different teacher count, student count, and procurement process. Tell us what you need and we'll send a tailored quote within two business days.

Yes. Most districts start with a one-semester pilot for one or two teachers before expanding. We help you set up classes and check in mid-pilot.
We offer a 60-minute onboarding session (live, virtual) for any team of 3+ teachers, plus written guides and a Loom library. Larger contracts include a dedicated success contact.
Yes. We work with district procurement on W-9 and PO/NET-30 terms. If your district requires additional paperwork, tell us up front and we'll be honest about what we can provide.
We collect only what's needed to run a class (email, display name, class enrollment, progress). We do not sell data and do not show ads. We don't have a standard Data Privacy Agreement today — send us your district's form and we'll review it in good faith.
For multi-school districts, larger enrollments, or anything that doesn't fit the plans above. We reply within two business days with a tailored quote and procurement docs.
